In short: MedPass Exams is a study aid, not clinical advice. One account is for one person. A pass covers one exam for the time you chose and does not renew by itself. Do not share your login or copy questions out of the platform.
1. Who we are
MedPass Exams ("we") runs medpassexams.com, an online question bank and guide service for healthcare licensing exams. Contact: support@medpassexams.com.
2. Study use only
Our questions, explanations and guides are for exam preparation. They are not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients. Guidelines change; always follow the current national guidance where you practise.
3. No affiliation
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any regulator, exam board or exam owner. Exam names are used only to describe what a course prepares you for. All questions are original; we do not use recalled or past-paper items. We cannot guarantee that you will pass.
4. Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your password private.
- An account is for one person. Sharing a login, reselling access or letting others use your account is not allowed.
- We may suspend an account that is shared or used to copy content, after telling you why.
5. Passes and payment
- A pass gives one person access to one exam's question bank, for the length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) you chose.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- A pass starts when payment is confirmed and ends on its expiry date. It does not renew automatically. Buying another pass for the same exam adds time to it.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, record, publish or sell our questions, explanations or mock exams; use automated tools to download content; try to break or overload the service; or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our content
All questions, explanations, guides, illustrations and software on the site belong to MedPass Exams or its licensors. A pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study while the pass is active.
8. The AI tutor
Every plan includes an AI tutor that explains questions. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important against the guideline or textbook. Do not enter patient-identifiable information.
9. Errors and reports
We check questions against current guidance, but mistakes can happen. Use the report button on any question and we will review it.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for exam results, for decisions made in clinical practice, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects a pass you have already bought, the terms in force when you bought it apply until it expires.
