In short: full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have answered fewer than 10% of the questions in that exam's bank. Passes never renew by themselves.
When you can get a refund
- You ask within 7 days of the purchase date, and
- you have answered fewer than 10% of the questions in the bank for that exam (we can see this in your progress record).
If both are true you get the full price back to the card or account you paid with. We do not ask why.
When we cannot refund
- After 7 days from purchase.
- Once you have answered 10% or more of the bank, or sat a full mock exam.
- For time left on a pass that has otherwise been used, for example after you pass your exam early.
- Where an account has been shared or questions copied out of the platform, against our terms.
Technical problems
If the question bank or mock exam does not work for you and we cannot fix it, we will refund you or extend your pass, whichever you prefer, even outside the 7-day window.
How to ask
- Email support@medpassexams.com from the address on your account.
- Tell us the exam and the date you bought the pass.
- We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are sent at once; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
Frequently asked questions
Do passes renew automatically?
No. A pass ends on its expiry date and you are never charged again unless you buy a new pass.
Can I get a partial refund if I pass my exam early?
No. Time left on a pass is not refunded once the 7-day window or the 10% usage limit has passed.
I bought the wrong exam. What can I do?
Write to us within 7 days. If you have used fewer than 10% of the questions we can refund you, or move the pass to the right exam.
